Job Overview Creative Chaos is seeking a talented 3D Designer/Animator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create stunning 3D models and animations that contribute to our gaming and multimedia projects. You will work closely with our artists and game designers to bring characters, environments, and visual storytelling to life. Responsibilities • Create high-quality 3D models and animations for characters, environments, and props. • Develop and implement animations using various techniques, ensuring fluid and lifelike movement. • Collaborate with designers and artists to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. • Optimize 3D models and animations for performance across multiple platforms. • Modify and refine existing assets based on feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to project goals. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in 3D design and animation technology. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and animation. • Proficiency in Blender. Cinema 4D or related software • Proficiency with materials, texturing, and rendering processes • Ability to 3D model various products and accessories from static photos and measurements, and create high-quality, photorealistic renderings • Strong understanding of animation principles and character rigging. • Experience with texture mapping, lighting, and rendering. • Excellent portfolio demonstrating your 3D design and animation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual storytelling. • Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
